CC70 90W Transparent Car Charger
The top tier of the CC70: PD 45W on Type-C and QC 45W on USB-A, both rated to run at the same time, behind a clear polycarbonate wall that puts the board on show.
| Model | CC70 (SUNDA private mould) |
|---|---|
| Input | DC 12-24V |
| Total output | 90W |
| Output split | Type-C PD 45W + USB-A QC 45W |
| Ports | 1 x USB-A + 1 x Type-C |
| Housing | Transparent PC fireproof material + ABS |
| Weight | 45 g |
| Certification | CE, FCC, RoHS |
| Warranty | 12 months |
| MOQ | 10 pieces |
This is the top tier of the CC70: Type-C PD 45W plus USB-A QC 45W in a clear polycarbonate body. Because the housing is transparent rather than painted, the board stack, the shielding and the output chip stay visible — which is the reason buyers pick this body over a plain black adapter at the same price. Input is DC 12-24V, so one part number covers a sedan and a 24V truck, and the 45 g body sits low enough in the socket to clear a modern centre console. If you do not need both ports fast at once, the cheaper CC70 51W transparent car charger covers the same body with PD 30W and PPS 33W.

Why buyers pick the 90W tier
- Two ports fast at the same time. PD 45W on Type-C and QC 45W on USB-A are rated to run together, which is the whole point of a 90W body.
- The clear housing does the selling. Nothing to explain at the counter — the components are on show, and it photographs far better than a black adapter in a marketplace listing.
- 45 g and low profile. Sits in shallow sockets without levering out, and leaves room for the 12V cover on most consoles.
- Chip-level protection. Over-voltage, over-current and over-charging cut-off, and charging stops automatically when the battery is full.
- Same mould as the 51W tier. Carrying both tiers keeps one spare-parts list, one logo position and one artwork proof.
What each output delivers
| Output | Rated power | Typical device |
|---|---|---|
| Type-C port | PD 45W | Phone or tablet at full PD speed |
| USB-A port | QC 45W | Second phone, older Android handset, earphones |
| Both loaded | Shares the 90W budget | Two devices fast charging at the same time |
A note on the recorded wattage
The CC70 record describes this body several ways: the product name field says “51W Car Charger”, the output power field lists “51W, 90w”, and the artwork in the same source carries 90W, 51W, 45W(PD 45W + QC 45W) and 30W markings. The figures quoted on this page are the ones printed on the 90W tier artwork — Type-C PD 45W and USB-A QC 45W. If your packaging or marketplace copy has to carry one number, tell us which figure you want and we will confirm the exact board that will be fitted before you go to print.

The transparent body, up close

Brushed metal cap, clear polycarbonate barrel, side clip. The board sits directly against the transparent wall, so the components, shielding and chip packaging are all readable from outside — which is the entire reason this body outsells a plain opaque adapter.
Ports and how the 90W is split

One USB-A and one Type-C port. The artwork prints the split as PD 45W on the Type-C path and QC 45W on the USB-A path, and shows both fast-charging at once. The 12-24V input rating is what lets the same part number go into a car, a van and a 24V truck.
Protection, heat and grip

An intelligent chip handles over-voltage, over-current and over-charging, and the cut-off stops charging once the battery is full. The housing is specified for long sessions without building up heat, and the metal contacts keep the plug seated on rough roads.
In a real car

Running two phones from the one adapter, a body small enough to sit almost flush in a modern console, and the charger left to work while the phone sits on a dash mount.
Who this model suits
| If your buyer is… | Why the 90W tier fits |
|---|---|
| A rideshare or family driver | Two fast ports means the passenger phone charges as fast as the driver’s |
| A retailer who wants a hero SKU | The highest wattage in the range and the clearest “engineered” look in the case |
| An accessories brand building a premium line | The transparent body and metal cap justify a higher shelf price than a black adapter |
| A fleet buyer who wants one part number | 12-24V input covers cars, vans and trucks, and the body matches the 51W tier for spares |
OEM and ODM options
Logo printing or laser engraving, housing colour, retail box, blister pack, printed manual and barcode labelling are all available on this private mould. The transparent barrel means logos usually go on the metal cap or the box rather than the body, and we will advise on the clearest placement for your artwork. Contact SUNDA with quantity and artwork.
Frequently asked questions
Is it 90W, 51W or 45W?
The source record lists the CC70 body as both 51W and 90W, and the artwork shows 90W, 51W, 45W and 30W markings because the same shell is used for several output boards. This page is the 90W tier, printed as PD 45W plus QC 45W. Confirm the figure you need on your packaging before printing.
Do both ports really run at full speed together?
The artwork rates PD 45W and QC 45W simultaneously. As with any dual-port charger the total is a shared budget, so if you are quoting specific numbers for marketing copy, ask us to confirm the combined figure for the board you order.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same part number covers passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. Fleet buyers can standardise on one SKU across the whole vehicle list.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. The CC70 housing is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing or laser engraving, housing colour matched to a Pantone reference, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are all available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications come with it?
CE, FCC and RoHS are listed for the CC70, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports are supplied with bulk orders.
What is the lead time and MOQ?
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock configuration. Mass production runs around 30 working days after deposit once artwork is approved. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
Others in the CC70 range
The CC70 51W transparent car charger uses the same transparent private-mould body with PD 30W, PPS 33W and QC 3.0 18W output at a lower unit cost, or step back to the CC70 series overview to compare both tiers side by side.
If you need a cable that retracts into the body or an LED voltage readout, the CC62 series covers 30W to 96W; for laptop-class output the CC53 series reaches 140W.
