Car Chargers

Is SUNDA a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. SUNDA Electronics was founded in 2009 and operates its own 2,000 m² factory in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, plus a second facility in Dalang, Dongguan. Tooling, injection molding, SMT/PCBA, assembly, aging test and packing are all in-house — so you get factory-direct pricing with no trading-company margin and direct accountability for quality.
What products does SUNDA manufacture?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock designs our standard MOQ starts at 500 units per model. Because we can re-configure production lines flexibly, smaller trial orders are accepted as well. Fully custom ODM projects that need new tooling are quoted per project. Sample orders of a few pieces are always available so your team can test quality and output before committing to volume.
Do you support OEM and ODM services?
Yes. OEM: we apply your logo and customize plug standard, cable length, port layout, housing color and retail packaging. ODM: we run the full development cycle in-house — concept sketch, 3D modeling, PCB design, prototype, mold making and golden sample — typically in 15 to 25 working days depending on complexity. You approve the golden sample before mass production begins.
What certifications do SUNDA chargers have?
Depending on the model and target market, our chargers hold CE (EMC and LVD), FCC, FCC SDoC, RoHS, UL, ETL, CB and KC. Our factory is audited under ISO 9001 for quality management, BSCI for social compliance and Sedex SMETA for ethical trade. Certificate copies and test reports are supplied with every order, and we re-test when your market requires it.
What is your production lead time?
7 to 15 days for repeat orders of existing models, and 20 to 35 days for OEM or ODM projects that require new tooling or custom retail packaging. We confirm the exact schedule in the proforma invoice before production starts, and we send loading photos when the container is packed.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples ship within 3 to 5 working days. Sample cost is refunded or credited against your first bulk order, and every sample arrives with its specification sheet so your engineering team can verify output, protocols and build quality.
What warranty do you provide?
All SUNDA products carry a 12-month warranty. If a unit fails within the warranty period we replace it free of charge with the same specification, without conditions. Our after-sales team responds to any complaint within 2 working days.
How do I read a car charger spec sheet — PD, PPS and QC 3.0?
PD (Power Delivery) is the USB-IF standard used by iPhones, iPads and most USB-C laptops — look for the wattage, e.g. PD 140W charges a MacBook. PPS (Programmable Power Supply) is a PD extension that Samsung Galaxy phones need for their fastest speeds; a “PD 30W” port without PPS will charge a Galaxy S-series slower. QC 3.0 (Quick Charge) is Qualcomm’s protocol for many Android phones on USB-A. A well-designed multi-port charger states each port’s protocol and wattage separately, plus the shared total — which is exactly how we publish our spec sheets.
Which countries do you export to?
We ship to more than 50 export markets across North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We work on FOB Shenzhen and Yantian plus EXW, CIF and DDP terms, and prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, declarations of conformity, MSDS and shipping documents for you.
