A coiled-cable car charger solves the problem every fleet manager recognises: the cable either vanishes, or it wraps itself around the gear lever. The four CC62 models on this page keep the cable attached to the charger — as a retractable pair, a coiled spring cord or a fixed 1.5 m lead — so the driver has one thing to reach for and nothing to lose. They span 51W to 96W, all on the same 12-24V platform, all private SUNDA moulds, all CE / RoHS / FCC certified. If you would rather ship a compact adapter and let the customer use their own cable, see the CC62 dual-port models instead; for the whole picture start at the CC62 series overview.

Retractable, coiled or fixed cable — which one?
- Retractable (96W). Two cables pull out to 80 cm and retract back into the body, so the socket area stays clean even with four devices charging. Also has a 180° rotating head and an LED voltage readout that doubles as a battery health check.
- Coiled spring (71W and 51W). The cord stays coiled between uses and stretches when pulled. Cheaper than a retractable mechanism, and the coil takes up very little space in a cup holder.
- Fixed 1.5 m cable (90W). The simplest of the three and the most robust — no retraction mechanism to wear out. Good choice when the charger lives in one vehicle permanently.
CC62 96W retractable car charger
The flagship of the series and the model shown in the SUNDA catalogue. Two retractable cables plus USB-A and Type-C ports let it run up to four devices at 96W total, and the LED digital display shows vehicle battery voltage so a driver can spot a weak battery before it becomes a breakdown.

CC62 71W spring cable car charger
Seventy-one watts shared across three outputs: 20W PD on the Type-C port, 18W QC 3.0 on the USB-A port and 33W through the 1.8 m spring cable. The wide spread means a phone, a tablet and a passenger device can all charge without one waiting for another, and V0-grade fireproof PC keeps it safe under prolonged load.

CC62 51W coiled cable car charger
A PD 3.0 Type-C output with PPS on the coiled cable plus a QC 3.0 USB-A port, rated 51W total. PPS is the protocol Samsung’s Super Fast Charging depends on, which makes this the spring-cable model to quote for Android-heavy markets. The body is V0 fire-retardant PC with a high-polish carbon fibre finish and comes in black or white as standard.

Built-in cable designs: four ways to never lose a lead

Every model here solves the same problem differently. The 96W hides two retractable cords inside the body, the 90W carries a moulded-in 1.5 m lead, and the 71W and 51W use a coiled spring Type-C cable that stays short on the dash and stretches when someone in the back seat needs it. Judge these on how the vehicle gets used, not on the wattage printed on the box.
Cable hardware up close

The 96W head rotates through 180 degrees so both cords pull out at whatever angle the socket allows, and a small LED reads the vehicle voltage back to you, which is worth having on older trucks where a weak battery is often the real problem. The 90W lead is moulded into the housing rather than glued, the failure point on cheaper units, and the two spring models coil flat instead of tangling.
Ports and how the power is split

Read these three together when matching a model to a phone mix. The 90W divides evenly into PD 45W and QC 45W. The 71W gives USB-A plus Type-C with PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 on both. The 51W is the one to quote into Android-heavy markets, because its Type-C runs PD 30W with PPS 33W, which is what Samsung Super Fast Charging asks for.
Housing, finish and colour options

The 96W uses fire-retardant PC over an aluminium alloy frame so the electronics have somewhere to dump heat. The 90W is a full aluminium body. The spring models ship in PC V0 fire-retardant plastic, and the 51W adds a high-polish carbon fibre finish. Black and white are stock; Pantone matching starts at 1,000 pieces.
Plugged in: 12V cars and 24V trucks

Production units photographed in real sockets rather than laid out on white. All four share the same wide 12-24V input, so one part number covers a mixed fleet of passenger cars, vans and trucks without stocking a second SKU.
How many devices at once

The 96W is the only model here that charges four devices simultaneously: two through the built-in cables and two through the USB-A and Type-C ports. The 51W handles two at full speed. When quoting, ask how many people normally ride in the vehicle; that number picks the model faster than any specification does.
Who buys a cable car charger
- Rental car and taxi fleets that replace missing cables after every rental cycle
- Delivery and courier operators running phone mounts and scanners from one socket
- Truck and van fleets where the socket is far from the driver’s reach
- Distributors building a “complete in-car charging kit” retail offer
- Promotional buyers who need a high perceived value gift for automotive campaigns
Frequently asked questions
What does “retractable car charger” mean?
The charging cable is stored inside the charger body and pulls out to length when needed, then retracts back. The CC62 96W holds two such cables extending to 80 cm, alongside a USB-A and a Type-C port.
How is a spring cable different from a retractable cable?
A spring or coiled cable is permanently attached to the body and stays coiled between uses; there is no retraction mechanism. A retractable cable retracts fully into the housing. The CC62 range offers both: 96W retractable, and 71W / 51W spring versions.
Does the coiled cable support fast charging?
Yes. On the 51W model the coiled Type-C cable carries PD 30W with PPS 33W; on the 71W model the spring cable delivers 33W alongside 20W PD and 18W QC 3.0 on the body ports.
Will the cable reach the back seat?
The 71W spring cable stretches well past 1 m in use and its nominal length is 1.8 m; the 90W carries a fixed 1.5 m lead; the 96W retractable pair extends to 80 cm. For rear passengers the 71W spring version is the longest reach in the range.
Are these models certified for export?
Yes. The 51W spring model is CE, RoHS and FCC certified (the listing also cites UKCA and KC); the 71W and 96W models carry CE, RoHS and FCC. Test reports are available with bulk orders.
What is the MOQ and can we print our logo?
MOQ is 10 pieces on all four models on this page. Every CC62 is a private mould, so logo printing, colour matching, retail box and manual printing are available. Contact the SUNDA sales team for a quote.
