A dual-port car charger in three power ratings

The CC76 is one dual-port platform — a single USB-C socket and a single USB-A socket on a DC 12-24V input — offered at three ratings: 20W, 30W and 51W. Two of them share a housing. The 51W and the 30W are the same matte-black body with the same 1C1A face and the same pair of metal clips on the barrel, and only the negotiating profile and the printed marking differ. The 20W is a separate tool: a slimmer cylinder with a chrome nose, sold in black or white, with PD 20W and QC 3.0 18W marked on the face. All three take the same 12V to 24V input, so one quotation covers a passenger car and a 24V commercial vehicle without a second SKU.

That is the point of the range. If your channel needs the lowest landed cost, take the 20W. If the listing needs a PD 30W figure on the box, take the 30W or the 51W — the difference between those two is the total written on the badge and how the ports are marked, not the housing and not the fitment.

What you are buying

The 51W and 30W models — one housing, two ratings

Both sit in the same matte-black shell: a waisted barrel that seats fully in the socket, a brushed face carrying one USB-C and one USB-A, and two spring-loaded metal clips on the barrel that hold the plug against vibration. The 51W model is the one marked PD 30W on the USB-C side and QC 18W on the USB-A side, rated 51W in the listing and quoted at 12V/1.5A, 5-9V/3A and 12V/2.25A. The 30W model carries the same two ports with the USB-C port rated PD 30W with PPS up to 33W and the USB-A port at QC 18W, quoted at 12V/1.25A, 5V/3A and 9V/1.67A. If you want one housing on the shelf in two price points, this is the pair.

The 20W version is the price-point unit of the family. It runs a slim cylinder body with a chrome nose and a ring of LED light on the white variant, and the face is printed PD 20W for the USB-C port and QC 3.0 18W for the USB-A port. It ships in black or white from the same mould, which means a buyer can stock both finishes on one purchase order. The frames above show the two colours and the unit lit up and charging in a dashboard socket — the same family shell can be seen seated in the third image.

The three ratings side by side

Version USB-C output USB-A output Total Best for

20W model

The three models share the same 12V to 24V input, the same two-port layout, the same fireproof housing class and the same protection set. Choose by the wattage your channel advertises, not by the device list — phones and earbuds negotiate the same way on all three.

Protection and safety

Every rating in the range runs the protection set the factory ships as standard, on a board with its own control IC rather than a resistor network:

  • Over-voltage and over-current — the input is clamped before it reaches the output stage, so a spike from the vehicle electrical system does not pass through to the phone.
  • Over-temperature — the board shuts the output down when the internal temperature rises past the safe band, which matters in a dashboard socket in summer.
  • Over-charging and short circuit — both ports cut out on a short and stop trickle current once the device is full.
  • Overload protection — the total draw is limited on the models with two live ports so a single port cannot starve the other.
  • Fireproof housing in PC (ABS + PC on the 30W model), rated for the high-temperature cabin environment.

OEM and ODM options

The CC76 runs on the factory’s own tooling, so customisation is a production order rather than a moulding project. Logo printing on the body, a custom housing colour, the printed output table on the face and the retail packaging are all produced to your artwork, and because the factory handles its own PCB assembly, ageing test and packing under one roof, the printing and the electronics ship on the same schedule. Send the rating you want, the market you are selling into and the quantity per run, and the sales team will confirm unit pricing, the certification documents for that market and the production slot.

Frequently asked questions about the SUNDA CC76 car charger

What is the difference between the 51W, 30W and 20W models?

All three are dual port — one USB-C and one USB-A — on a DC 12-24V input with a fireproof housing. The 51W and 30W are the same matte-black body; the 51W is the higher total with the ports marked PD 30W and QC 18W, and the 30W is marked PD 30W with PPS 33W plus QC 18W. The 20W is a separate, slimmer mould sold in black or white, with the USB-C port at PD 20W. All three share the same protection design, so the device list does not change between them.

Do the two ports share their output budget?

No. The USB-C and USB-A ports run on independent circuits, so each delivers its own output and two devices fast charge at once rather than splitting one allocation.

Will it charge a laptop or a tablet?

The range is sized for phones, earbuds, dash cameras and small tablets. The 30W and 51W models will trickle a tablet or a low-draw notebook, but for a laptop charge you want a higher-wattage unit from the same line — the four-port platform tops out at PD 60W per USB-C port.

Does it work in a 24V van or truck?

Yes. The 12V to 24V input covers a passenger car and a 24V van, SUV or commercial vehicle with no converter and no second SKU.

Can we have our own logo, colour and packaging?

Yes. Body logo, housing colour, face print and retail box are all made to your artwork, and the manual can be printed in the language your market needs. OEM and ODM branding runs start at 500 pcs per version.

What is the MOQ for each version?

The 20W model starts at 5 pcs, the 30W at 10 pcs and the 51W at 1000 pcs, because the 51W is quoted for volume. Mixed orders across the three versions can be quoted on one sheet.

Related models. The CC68 series covers the four-port 30W-to-126W platform, and the CC70 transparent series is the transparent-shell line. Further down the SUNDA range, the CC-53 series runs from 48W to 140W, the CC-60 backseat car charger handles rear-seat charging, and the CC-62 series covers retractable and coiled-cable models. The coiled braided USB cable in this batch is a natural add-on to any of them. The full line sits under car chargers.
