The SUNDA CC-60 is a backseat car charger: a cigarette-lighter plug that stays in the socket up front, and a port module that rides with the rear passengers, joined by a fixed 5.7 ft cable. Nothing is left loose in the cabin and nothing has to be handed backwards. Three power versions are built on the same tooling — a four-port 102W, and six-port 117W and 123W — all on a 12-24V input, so one part covers a car, a van and a truck. It is the SKU for fleets, ride-hail and family travel where the back seats need their own outlets rather than a share of the front one.

What you are buying with the CC-60
Two pieces, one cable

The charger is not one moulding but two: the plug body sits in the 12V socket and carries the front-seat ports, and the second module is the one the rear passengers use. The cable between them is fixed at both ends, coiled to take up the slack and rated at 5.7 ft — long enough to reach the back bench from the socket in the front console, short enough not to loop around the gear lever. Because the cable cannot be unplugged, there is no separate lead for a fleet to lose or for a shop to have to stock. The port count is what separates the three versions: the four-port 102W carries two USB-A and two USB-C, and the six-port 117W and 123W carry three of each. Every USB-A port is QC 18W; every USB-C port carries PD 30W with PPS up to 33W, and the 123W version adds a PPS 45W port for the devices that ask for more.
What six ports actually do on a family run

Six outlets is not a specification for its own sake. It is the number that lets a tablet, two phones and a pair of wireless earbuds charge in the back while the front two seats keep their own cables in, which is the situation this product was designed around. The output is shared rather than multiplied — the charger negotiates with every device that is plugged in and hands out what each one asks for inside the total budget, so a phone on a 30W port is not slowed down by a watch on an 18W one. The board is the other half of the story: over charge, over temperature, over current, short circuit, over voltage and overload protection are all on the same chip, inside a PC fireproof housing, and the unit carries CE, RoHS and FCC documentation for export markets. It takes a 12-24V input, so the same part goes into a 12V passenger car and a 24V van or light truck without a converter.

CC-60 power versions compared
All three versions share the same housing, the same 5.7 ft cable, the same 12-24V input and the same protection board. The difference is the port count and how much current the USB-C ports can negotiate, which is what decides whether a laptop can be charged from the back seat.
| CC-60 version | Ports | Port configuration | Total output | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
102W four-port |
4 | 2 × USB-A QC 18W + 2 × USB-C PD 30W / PPS 33W | 102W | Drivers who need the back seats covered without paying for laptop-class ports |
117W six-port |
6 | 3 × USB-A QC 18W + 2 × USB-C PD 30W / PPS 33W | 117W | Fleet and ride-hail buyers who want the lowest unit cost per port |
123W six-port |
6 | 3 × USB-A QC 18W + USB-C1 PD 45W + USB-C2/C3 PD 30W / PPS 33W | 123W | Buyers who want one port that can carry a laptop or a large tablet |
Why buyers add the CC-60 to the range
- The rear seats get their own outlets. Two ports up front and four in the back is the split that stops passengers asking for a cable, and it is the reason this shape sells into ride-hail and family vehicles rather than a plain dual-port plug.
- No loose cable to lose. The 5.7 ft lead is fixed to both modules and coiled, so there is nothing to detach, nothing to tangle and nothing a fleet has to re-order.
- One input covers car, van and truck. A 12-24V input means a single SKU goes into a passenger car and a light commercial vehicle, so a distributor does not have to split the line.
- Three power versions off one tool. A four-port 102W for volume pricing and a six-port 117W or 123W for buyers who need a 45W port — the same housing, ordered in one shipment.
- A private mould. The housing is our own tool, so custom colour, logo and output combination do not wait on a new mould.
- RFQ from 5 pieces. Enough to put the unit in a vehicle and check the cable run before committing to a production order.
OEM and ODM options
Because the CC-60 is a private mould, a branding run is the normal order rather than an exception: your logo on the housing, a body colour matched to your line, and the output combination set to the mix your market actually buys — four-port for price-led listings, six-port with the 45W port for buyers who charge laptops from the back seat. Packaging can be a window box, blister or poly bag with your artwork and your manual inside. Send the destination market with the enquiry and the sales team will set out the certification route alongside unit pricing, sample lead time and the carton plan.
Frequently asked questions about the SUNDA CC-60 backseat car charger
How many devices can the CC-60 charge at once?
Four on the 102W version and six on the 117W and 123W versions. The front plug carries two ports and the rear seat module carries the rest, so the devices in the back are not competing with the driver’s phone for a single outlet.
What is the difference between the 102W, 117W and 123W versions?
The 102W version has four ports: two USB-A at QC 18W and two USB-C at PD 30W with PPS up to 33W. The 117W and 123W versions are both six-port, three USB-A and three USB-C at QC 18W and PD 30W. The 123W version adds a 45W PD port on USB-C1, which is the port that makes the difference for a laptop or a large tablet. All three share the housing, the 5.7 ft cable and the 12-24V input.
Does the fixed cable reach the back seats?
The cable is 5.7 ft from the plug to the rear seat module, which is sized to run from a socket in the front console to the back bench. It is fixed at both ends and coiled, so it takes up the slack rather than hanging loose. On a very long vehicle, check the run before a production order — that is what the 5 piece MOQ is for.
Will the CC-60 work in a 24V truck or van?
Yes. The input accepts 12-24V, so the same unit works in a 12V passenger car and a 24V van or light commercial vehicle. No converter or separate SKU is needed.
Can a USB-C port on the CC-60 charge a laptop?
On the 123W version, USB-C1 provides a 45W PD profile, which is enough for a thin-and-light laptop. The 30W ports on the other versions are sized for tablets and phones, and will still charge a laptop but more slowly. Use a PD-rated USB-C cable — a charge-only cable will cap the current regardless of the port rating.
What is the MOQ, and can the CC-60 be branded?
Stock units start at 5 pcs and OEM/ODM branding runs start at 500 pcs. As the housing is our own private mould, custom colour, logo and packaging are all possible; send your artwork and the sales team will confirm the print method, the certification route for your market and the schedule within 24 hours.

All of them take the same 12-24V input, so a mixed order ships on one carton plan. The full line sits under car chargers.
