Which phones can use the 15W magnetic charger?

Any MagSafe iPhone snaps straight on. Android handsets, and iPhones in a case without magnets, need a magnetic ring or plate on the case or the back of the phone, which is a low-cost accessory we can supply with the mount. Wireless charging itself works on any Qi-compatible phone the coil can reach through the case.

Does 15W mean my phone always charges at 15W?

15W is the charger’s maximum output. The rate the phone actually draws is set by the phone’s own wireless charging limits and by the alignment on the coil, and it falls as the battery fills. Thick metal-backed cases reduce the rate because they push the phone further from the coil.

Does the magnet affect the phone’s signal, GPS or payment?
