The cable-free version of the 51W: one USB-A and one Type-C port, nothing attached. Type-C delivers PD 3.0 up to 30W with PPS for Samsung Super Fast Charging, USB-A delivers QC 3.0 up to 18W, and at 50 g it is the lightest true fast charger in the CC62 range — small enough to sit flush in a shallow socket and cheap enough for promotional bundles. Same V0 fire-retardant carbon fibre housing as its coiled sibling. If your market expects a permanent cable, use the CC62 51W spring cable car charger or step up to the CC62 71W spring cable car charger.

Why buyers pick the dual port version
- Lightest body in the range. 50 g, so it does not lever out of a worn socket.
- PPS on a cheap SKU. Samsung Super Fast Charging at a substantially lower unit cost than the 51W coiled version.
- Best bundle economics. Pair it with a customer’s own cable and the effective per-customer cost drops again.
- Flush fit. No moulded cable means no rear clearance needed in tight centre consoles.
What each output delivers
| Output | Rated power | Typical device |
|---|---|---|
| Type-C port | PD 30W, PPS 33W | Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, iPhone via PD |
| USB-A port | QC 3.0 18W max | Older Android phones, earphones, power banks |
| Both loaded | Shares the unit budget | Two devices simultaneously |

Frequently asked questions
Does it support Samsung Super Fast Charging?
Yes. The Type-C path negotiates PPS up to 33W, which is what Super Fast Charging requires. Older QC-only chargers do not trigger it.
Is 51W the per-port figure?
No. The Type-C path alone is rated up to 30W, or 33W under PPS, and USB-A up to 18W. Quote per-port figures when two devices will be charging at once.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same unit works in passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. That is why fleet buyers can standardise on a single SKU.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. This is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing, housing colour matching, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications can you supply?
CE, RoHS and FCC are listed for this model, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports can be provided with bulk orders.
What is the lead time?
Mass production typically takes around 30 working days after deposit, depending on quantity and customisation. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
