SUNDA 66W 4-port car charger at a glance
The 66W is the mid rating in the CC68 range and the one that covers the widest spread of devices: two USB-C ports at PD 30W and two USB-A ports at QC 18W, four ports in total, on the same 12-24V input as the rest of the family. It is sized for phones, tablets and earbuds rather than laptops, and it is the rating that most volume orders land on because the per-port cost is low and the output is enough for everything a passenger actually plugs in.
Two models sit in this bracket on the same electrical design. The 66W model carries a grey body with a black face; the 60W model is the black volume version of the same four-port layout. Both take the same input and share the same protection board, so a mixed order can be quoted from one sheet.
What you are buying
The 60W volume model

Two USB-C ports at PD 30W with PPS up to 33W, and two USB-A ports at QC 18W. This is the model built for the price-led end of a listing: four ports, a fireproof housing, CE, RoHS and FCC documents, at the lowest unit cost per port in the range. The plug body tapers with spring-loaded side contacts, so it holds in a worn socket, and the top buckle design keeps it seated when the cable is pulled.
The 66W grey model

The same four-port layout in a grey body with a black face, listed at a 66W total. Where the 60W is bought on price, this version is bought for how it reads on a shelf: the output table is printed on the face — two USB-C at PD 30W and two USB-A at QC 18W — so the buyer can check the rating without opening the box. An RGB light-ring body is also offered in this rating — the CC-68 spec sheet lists the 66W MAX version in the light-ring housing as well — and both carry the same output, so the device compatibility list is identical.
What 66W covers in practice
PD 30W is enough to fast charge a recent iPhone or a mid-range Android handset at full rate, and enough to charge a tablet at a sensible speed. QC 18W covers the older Qualcomm handsets that make up a large part of the installed base in price-sensitive markets. A single 30W USB-C port will not carry a laptop at full rate, so for that requirement the 120W four-port at the top of the range is the model to quote.

66W and 60W versions compared
The two models share the housing tool, the input stage and the protection board. The USB-C rating is the same at PD 30W with PPS up to 33W; the difference is how the total is written and which body each version ships in.
| Version | Ports | USB-C output | USB-A output | Total | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
66W grey |
4 | 2 × PD 30W / PPS 33W | 2 × QC 18W | 66W | Listings that sell on appearance — printed output table, light-ring body option |
60W volume |
4 | 2 × PD 30W / PPS 33W | 2 × QC 18W | 60W | Volume orders where the lowest unit cost per port decides the buy |
Why buyers add this rating to the range
- It is where the volume sits. A four-port charger at a mid rating is the model that sells in quantity: the output covers phones and tablets, the port count covers the passengers, and the unit cost per port is the lowest in the family.
- Four ports at a phone-sized budget. The buyer who wants a four-port unit but will not pay for PD 60W lands here, and gets the same housing and the same certifications as the top of the range.
- PD 30W plus QC 18W covers both handset camps. USB-C PD for iPhone and recent Android, USB-A QC for the older Qualcomm handsets still in service in price-sensitive markets.
- Two models, one quotation. The grey 66W for appearance-led channels and the black 60W for volume can ship together on one set of documents.
- A private mould and stated warranty. Custom colour and logo do not wait on a new tool, and the warranty period is stated per unit.
- RFQ from 5 pieces. Enough for a fit check before a production order.
OEM and ODM options
The housing is our own private mould, so custom colour, logo and face print are normal orders rather than exceptions. The body can be supplied grey or black, and the light-ring version can be set to a fixed colour or left indicating charge state. The face can carry your own output table and language. Packaging can be a window box, a hanging card, a blister or a poly bag with your artwork and manual inside. Send the destination market with the enquiry and the sales team will confirm the certification route alongside unit pricing, sample lead time and the carton plan.
Frequently asked questions about the SUNDA 66W 4-port car charger
What is the difference between the 66W and 60W models?
Both are four-port: two USB-C at PD 30W with PPS up to 33W, and two USB-A at QC 18W, on the same 12-24V input and the same fireproof housing. The 66W ships in the grey body and is listed at a 66W total; the 60W is the black volume model, listed at a 60W total. The per-port output is the same, so device compatibility does not change between them.
Will it charge a laptop?
A single PD 30W port will hold a laptop at a reduced rate, and a thin-and-light notebook may draw enough to stay level while idle. For full-rate in-car laptop charging, the 120W four-port model at the top of the range provides a 60W PD profile per USB-C port.
How many devices can it charge at once?
Four, split across two USB-A and two USB-C ports. The board allocates power across the ports as devices are added, so the rate per device falls as more are connected. That is normal for a multi-port charger and is how the board protects the vehicle circuit.
Does the RGB light draw power away from charging?
No. The light ring runs from the board’s own supply and is not counted against the port budget, so the output table is the same whether the ring is lit or not.
Will it work in a 24V truck or van?
Yes. The 12-24V input covers a 12V passenger car and a 24V van, SUV or light commercial vehicle with no converter and no separate SKU.
What is the MOQ, and can it be branded?
Stock units start at 5 pcs and OEM/ODM branding runs start at 500 pcs. As the housing is our own private mould, custom colour, logo, face print and packaging are all possible. Send your artwork and the destination market and the sales team will confirm the print method, the certification route and the schedule within 24 hours.
