Some drivers already own good cables and simply want the smallest possible adapter that stays put in the socket. These four CC62 models do exactly that: no lead, no coil, nothing to tangle — just two ports and the electronics to run them safely. The spread runs from a 30W dual USB-A QC 3.0 unit at roughly a dollar up to a 90W dual Type-C adapter that can fast-charge a tablet and a phone at the same time. All four are private SUNDA moulds on the same 12-24V platform. If your buyer wants the cable built in, see the CC62 retractable and coiled-cable models; for the whole series, start at the CC62 overview.

Which dual-port model should you quote?
- 90W dual Type-C — the highest output here and the only one with two USB-C ports. Quote it for buyers whose customers have moved fully to USB-C, and for anyone charging tablets.
- 71W dual port — the middle ground. Same protocols as the 51W with more headroom; note the higher 500-piece MOQ, so it suits committed volume buyers rather than sample orders.
- 51W dual port — the volume best-seller. PD 30W with PPS 33W covers Samsung Super Fast Charging, QC 18W covers everything older, and at US$1.52-1.82 it undercuts almost every equivalent.
- 30W dual USB-A — the entry point. Two QC 3.0 USB-A ports, no Type-C, lowest cost per unit in the series. Right for budget retail lines and older fleets still running micro-USB devices.
CC62 90W dual Type-C car charger
Two Type-C ports sharing 90W between PD 45W and QC 45W, in a compact PC body with a high-polish carbon fibre look. It sits almost flush in the socket and it is the fastest-charging cable-free model in the CC62 range.

CC62 71W dual port car charger
Seventy-one watts across one Type-C and one USB-A port in a fireproof PC shell. With 1,000 units of export history behind it, this is the model to bring out when a customer asks for something between the 51W best-seller and the 90W flagship — with the understanding that it carries a 500-piece minimum.

CC62 51W dual port PD car charger
The best-selling CC62 by a wide margin: a Type-C port doing PD 30W with PPS 33W alongside a USB-A port doing QC 3.0 at 18W, in a V0 fire-retardant PC housing finished in high-polish carbon fibre. It is also the cheapest PD model in the series, which is why most first orders land here.

CC62 30W dual USB-A QC 3.0 car charger
Two USB-A ports, both QC 3.0, no Type-C and no PD — deliberately simple. It is the lowest-cost SKU in the CC62 series and the one to quote when the brief is “budget dual car charger” rather than “fastest possible”. Same V0 fire-retardant carbon-fibre housing as the 51W, so it looks nothing like its price tag.

Port layouts side by side

Two Type-C on the 90W, one USB-A plus one Type-C on the 71W and 51W, and two USB-A on the 30W. If your market still runs a lot of micro-USB and Lightning cables, quote a model that keeps a USB-A port; if it is mostly recent Android handsets and USB-C laptops, the dual Type-C is the future-proof answer.
Output split and which protocols each speaks

The 90W divides into PD 45W and QC 45W. The 71W prints its output right on the shell so drivers can read it without a manual. The 51W is the one that matters in Samsung markets, with PD 30W and PPS 33W on the Type-C side and QC 18W on the USB-A side. The 30W is deliberately simple: two QC 3.0 ports, no PD at all.
Size, housing and colour

All four are short enough to disappear into a dashboard socket, which is the whole point of a cable-free adapter. The 90W offers a carbon fibre finish alongside standard PC, the 71W uses V0 fire-retardant PC in black, the 51W and 30W ship in black or white, and custom Pantone matching starts at 1,000 pieces.
Charging real phones, two at a time

These are phone-pair combinations rather than studio renders: an iPhone and an Android handset on the 51W, two devices at once on the 90W. Both ports hold their negotiated rate instead of one dropping to 5V, which is the usual failure on unbranded adapters.
Fitted in the vehicle

Installed in a cigarette lighter socket, flush and low profile. Buyers want to see how far the adapter sticks out before they commit, which is why these two are worth putting in your own listing.
Applications
- Retail accessory lines where the customer supplies the cable
- E-commerce bundles sold alongside a phone mount or a dash camera
- Corporate and promotional gifting with a printed logo
- Mixed fleets that standardise on one compact 12-24V adapter
- Markets still dominated by micro-USB and USB-A devices (the 30W model)
Frequently asked questions
Can a dual-port car charger fast-charge two phones at once?
Yes. Each port negotiates independently, so two phones at once is exactly what these models are built for. On the 51W version that means PD 30W / PPS 33W on Type-C and QC 18W on USB-A at the same time; on the 30W version both ports run QC 3.0.
What is PPS and why does it matter?
PPS (Programmable Power Supply) is part of PD 3.0 and it is the protocol Samsung’s “Super Fast Charging” depends on. A car charger with PPS fast-charges recent Galaxy phones where a plain PD 3.0 charger will fall back to a slower profile. The CC62 51W models support PPS 33W.
Why does the 71W dual-port model have a 500-piece MOQ?
It is a lower-run production item than the 51W best-seller, so the factory sets a higher minimum. Every other model on this page starts at 10 pieces, which makes them easier to sample.
Is there a Type-C-only option?
Yes, the 90W dual Type-C model has two USB-C ports and no USB-A. Every other model on this page mixes one Type-C with one USB-A, and the 30W version is USB-A only.
Do these sit flush in a recessed socket?
Yes. The 90W dual Type-C weighs 50 g and has a short body, so it sits close to flush even in recessed centre-console sockets. Dimensions and 3D drawings can be supplied for tooling checks.
Can you print our logo on such a small body?
Yes. Laser etching, silk-screen printing and pad printing are all options depending on the finish. Minimum for a custom logo run depends on the method — ask the sales team for the current minimum.
Related SUNDA series. If your buyers need more power or more ports, compare the CC53 car charger series — eight models from 38W to 140W including a 140W adapter that charges laptops. The CC62 range covers the other half of the market: compact two-port bodies and retractable-cable models that keep the cockpit tidy.
