CC-92 at a glance
The CC-92 is a 100W bidirectional motorcycle / scooter charger from SUNDA, running on a private mold with USB-C PD 3.1 100W plus USB-A QC 18W. The compact 46 x 60 x 22 mm body mounts on 22 / 25.4 / 28.6 mm handlebars and is fully sealed to IP67 for rain, puddle, and pressure-washer resistance. The CC-92 is bidirectional: connect the ring-lug cable to a 12V battery to charge phones / laptops while you ride, or connect a USB-C PD wall adapter to top up the 12V battery itself. Both modes deliver full speed without splitting power. Ideal for sport bike commuters, scooter delivery riders, and adventure bike overlanders.
What you are buying
100W PD3.1 bidirectional: charges devices OR top-up your 12V battery
The CC-92 is bidirectional. Connect the included ring-lug cable to your 12V motorcycle or scooter battery and the CC-92 becomes a USB fast charger — USB-C PD 100W plus USB-A QC 18W to charge phones, tablets, laptops, and dash cams while you ride. Connect a USB-C PD wall adapter to the CC-92 and it becomes a smart trickle charger for the battery itself — 100W input fast-charges a drained 12V lead-acid or LiFePO4 battery back to full in 30 to 90 minutes. The same hardware covers both directions, so dealers and Amazon sellers stock one SKU for two use cases.
PD 3.1 standard with 20V / 5A = 100W output
The USB-C port speaks PD 3.1 (the new standard that replaced PD 3.0 in 2023) with full profile coverage: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/5A. At 20V / 5A the port pushes 100W — enough to fast-charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro, an iPad Pro, a Steam Deck, or any USB-C laptop under 100W. Legacy PD 3.0 devices (most older phones and tablets) fall back to their negotiated voltage. The USB-A port speaks Quick Charge 3.0 with adaptive voltage (5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A = 18W max) for older Android phones, dash cams, GPS units, and other 5V devices.
IP67 waterproof + sealed housing for motorcycle handlebar use
The CC-92 housing is fully potted and sealed to IP67 — completely dust-tight and rated for temporary submersion in water up to 1 m for 30 minutes. Rain, puddles, mud splashes, and pressure-washer overspray do not affect operation. The rubber-gasked USB-C input cover stays snapped over the port when not in use, so the bidirectional wall-charger function still works even when the handlebar mount is exposed to the elements. Operating temperature -20 to +60 degrees Celsius covers winter cold-start and desert summer rides.
Handlebar clamp mount with three shim sizes included
The CC-92 ships with a CNC-machined aluminum handlebar clamp that fits 22 mm (most sport motorcycles), 25.4 mm (most cruisers and scooters), and 28.6 mm (most dirt bikes and adventure bikes) handlebars. Three rubber shims are included to take up the gap and protect the finish. The clamp bolts to the bottom of the CC-92 body with two M5 hex screws (hex key included), and the body swivels 30 degrees left/right so the rider can aim the ports without taking their hands off the bars. The battery ring-lug cable has a 1-meter reach and works with any 12V lead-acid, AGM, or LiFePO4 battery.

Why buyers add it to the range
For distributors and Amazon sellers, the CC-92 fills the “motorcycle / scooter” sub-niche at a price point above the bullet-shape CC-91 (51W) and below the higher-tier retractable CC-96 (84W). Buyers who need handlebar mounting and 100W PD 3.1 output get a sealed IP67 body, full bidirectional capability, and CE / FCC / ROHS certification without paying for retractable cable hardware they don’t need. The 100W bidirectional is a real feature — the same SKU covers two use cases (vehicle-output and wall-input), which halves SKU count for distributors. Private mold means SUNDA holds the tooling and you can lock out competitors with custom laser engraving, retail box artwork, and accent ring color (default dark gray + silver) at 500 pcs MOQ.
OEM and ODM options
SUNDA runs the CC-92 on a private mold with three customization tracks:
Light customization (500 pcs MOQ): custom laser-engraved logo on the housing, custom retail box artwork, custom SKU label, custom accent ring color (default dark gray / silver). The standard metal body is stock; the handlebar clamp shape stays standard. Most Amazon FBA and Shopify buyers start here.
Deep customization (1,000 pcs MOQ): in addition to all of the above, you can specify a custom port configuration (1C only, 1A only, 1C+1A, 2C) and custom per-port output ratings (e.g. PD 65W + QC 18W, PD 45W + QC 18W, PD 100W + PD 65W). Each configuration is a separate SKU with its own certification paperwork.
Hardware customization (3,000 pcs MOQ): in addition to all of the above, you can specify a custom IP rating (IP65 for budget buyers, IP67 standard, IP68 for premium), custom housing material (PC only, PC + aluminum hybrid, full aluminum), and custom battery cutoff voltage (12V lead-acid / LiFePO4 / NMC). This is the path for buyers building a full product family around the CC-92 platform.
Standard lead time is 35 working days after deposit. Packaging is included and customizable — you supply the artwork, we print and assemble.
FAQ
Does the CC-92 work with my motorcycle battery?
Yes. The CC-92 is rated for 12V lead-acid, AGM, gel, and 12V lithium (LiFePO4 / NMC) batteries. It does NOT work with 6V battery systems or 24V / 36V / 48V higher-voltage systems. For lithium batteries, the CC-92 charges at the standard CC/CV curve, which is what most LiFePO4 batteries expect. For lead-acid, the CC-92 delivers bulk + absorption stages; it does NOT deliver a true float stage, so for long-term storage a separate smart trickle charger is recommended.
Can I use the CC-92 to fast-charge a USB-C laptop?
Yes. The USB-C PD 3.1 port delivers up to 100W (20V / 5A). 16-inch MacBook Pro, Dell XPS 15, Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon, Razer Blade, and any USB-C laptop rated 100W or less will fast-charge at full speed. Laptops that need more than 100W (some 17-inch gaming workstations) will charge slowly or hold their current battery level but not gain charge under heavy load.
Is the CC-92 safe in the rain?
Yes. The IP67 rating means the CC-92 is fully sealed against dust and rated for temporary submersion. Rain, puddles, mud splashes, and pressure-washer overspray do not affect operation. The USB-C input cover should be snapped closed when the wall-charger input is not in use. If the CC-92 is dropped in a stream or puddle, fish it out, dry the housing, and it will continue to operate normally.
How long does it take to charge a drained 12V battery with the wall input?
Charging time depends on battery capacity and state of discharge. A fully drained 12V lead-acid battery (around 30-50 Ah capacity, common in mid-size bikes) takes 60 to 90 minutes at 100W to reach 80% charge. A 12V LiFePO4 battery of equivalent capacity takes 40 to 60 minutes at 100W. Charging automatically stops when the battery voltage reaches the configured cutoff (14.4V for lead-acid, 14.6V for LiFePO4).
Can I customize the alert color on the housing?
Yes. OEM laser-engraved logo on the housing starts at 500 pcs MOQ. Custom retail box artwork and SKU labels are part of the same tier. Hardware customization (different port configurations, custom output ratings, custom battery cutoff voltages) starts at 1,000 pcs MOQ. Contact SUNDA sales for tiered pricing.
What motorcycles and scooters is the CC-92 compatible with?
The handlebar clamp fits 22 mm (most sport bikes — Yamaha R6, Kawasaki Ninja, Honda CBR), 25.4 mm (most cruisers and scooters — Harley, Vespa, Honda PCX), and 28.6 mm (most dirt bikes and adventure bikes — KTM, BMW GS, Honda CRF). The battery ring-lug cable works with any 12V battery that has standard M6 or M8 terminal bolts. Custom cable lengths are available at 1,000 pcs MOQ.
