The CC70 is a car charger with a transparent body. The housing is clear polycarbonate, so the circuit board, the shielding and the output chip are all visible from outside — a look that sells well on a retail pegboard because it reads as “engineered” rather than moulded. Behind the clear barrel it is a conventional 12-24V adapter with a brushed metal cap, one USB-A and one Type-C port, and a side clip.
The range is built on one SUNDA private mould in two power tiers: a 90W tier (Type-C PD 45W plus USB-A QC 45W) and a 51W tier (Type-C PD 30W with PPS 33W plus USB-A QC 3.0 18W). Both weigh 45 g, both take DC 12-24V, and both are quoted with logo and colour customisation. This page is the side-by-side; pick the tier below and follow the link for the full specification.

Which tier should you order?
| If your buyer is… | Order this |
|---|---|
| Charging two fast phones from one socket | The 90W tier — PD 45W and QC 45W are rated to run at the same time |
| A Samsung-heavy market | The 51W tier — the Type-C path negotiates PPS 33W, which is what Super Fast Charging needs |
| Running a promotional or gift-with-purchase programme | The 51W tier — lowest unit cost in the range at the same 45 g body |
| Selling on the headline wattage | The 90W tier — the highest figure in the CC70 range, easiest to position as the flagship |
| Wanting the clearest “tech” look on the shelf | Either — the clear housing is identical, only the output board and the cap colour differ |
| Needing one SKU for cars, vans and trucks | Either — both tiers are rated DC 12-24V input |

One clear housing, two power tiers

Both tiers come out of the same private mould: brushed metal cap, transparent PC barrel and a side clip. The 90W tier is shown in black; the 51W tier is the one that also ships with grey and purple caps, and its board is the same stacked construction behind the clear wall.
How the two tiers read on the product label

The 90W artwork prints a PD 45W plus QC 45W split. The 51W artwork prints USB-A QC 3.0 18W against Type-C PD 30W / PPS 33W with a 51W maximum. Both quote a 12-24V input, which is what lets one part number cover passenger cars and 24V trucks.
What both tiers share
- One private mould. Same tooling, same 45 g body, same spare-parts list and the same logo position, so buying both tiers does not double your artwork work.
- Transparent PC fireproof housing. The clear barrel is flame-retardant polycarbonate rather than a cosmetic window, so it passes the same safety spec as an opaque body.
- Full protection set. Short circuit, over-current, over-voltage and over-charging, with charging cut off automatically once the battery is full.
- 12-24V input. One SKU covers sedans, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks, which is usually the single biggest reason fleets standardise.
- Certification and audit trail. CE, FCC and RoHS on the product; ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA on the factory, with test reports supplied to bulk buyers.
- Commercials. MOQ 10 pcs on stock configuration, custom logo and colour runs from 500 pcs, 12-month warranty and roughly 30 working days for mass production.
Frequently asked questions
Are the 90W and 51W actually the same product?
Physically yes — same private-mould housing, same 45 g weight, same port layout. What changes is the internal board and the output split, which is why the 90W tier quotes at US$1.85-2.28 and the 51W at US$1.45-1.74. If your order mixes tiers, tell us the split and we will quote them as one production run.
Which tier is the better value?
Per watt the 51W tier is cheaper, and it is the only one of the two that negotiates PPS, so if your market is Samsung-heavy it delivers more useful speed for less money. The 90W tier is worth the premium when you need two fast ports running together, or when the headline number is what your listing is ranked on.
Can I order a sample of each?
Yes. Both tiers are stocked configurations with a 10-piece minimum, so a two-tier sample order is straightforward. Send us the destination market and we will include the right plug and certification pack.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same part number covers passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. Fleet buyers can standardise on one SKU across the whole vehicle list.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. The CC70 housing is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing or laser engraving, housing colour matched to a Pantone reference, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are all available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications come with it?
CE, FCC and RoHS are listed for the CC70, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports are supplied with bulk orders.
What is the lead time and MOQ?
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock configuration. Mass production runs around 30 working days after deposit once artwork is approved. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
Where the CC70 sits in the SUNDA range
The CC70 is the see-through, no-cable option. If you need a lead that stores inside the body, the CC62 series runs from a dual USB-A adapter up to a 96W model with two retractable cables and an LED voltage readout. If you need laptop-class output, the CC53 series goes up to 140W. All three series share the same 12-24V input and the same private-mould OEM terms, so a catalogue can carry all of them with one artwork and one certification set.
