This is the simple version of 90W: a permanent 1.5 m lead moulded into an aluminium alloy body, splitting its output evenly into PD 45W and QC 45W. There is no retraction mechanism to wear out, which is exactly why fleet buyers like it — the charger lives in one vehicle and never needs the cord threaded back in. The aluminium housing pulls heat away from the electronics during long sessions, and protocol coverage is the widest in the range: FCP, PD, PD 2.0, PD 3.0, QC 2.0, QC 3.0, SCP and AFC. If you would rather use your own cable, look at the same power in the cable-free CC62 90W dual Type-C car charger; for the full comparison see the CC62 series overview.

Why buyers pick this one
- Even 45W + 45W split. Two genuinely fast slots, not a big one and a token one, so neither passenger gets the slow port.
- Aluminium body. It acts as a heat sink, which matters when 90W is running for an hour in a dash that is already hot.
- Widest protocol coverage in the series. FCP, SCP and AFC alongside PD and QC means Huawei, Samsung and Xiaomi phones all charge at their own top speed.
- Nothing mechanical to fail. A fixed lead outlasts any spring or retraction mechanism.
What each output delivers
| Output | Rated power | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PD side | 45W | 20V/1.5A — phones, tablets and small laptops |
| QC side | 45W | 12V/2.5A — QC 3.0 Android devices |
| Total | 90W shared | Input 12-24V / 5A |

Aluminium housing and the 1.5 m lead

The body is aluminium rather than plastic, which you can see in the side profile and port detail; the 1.5 m cable is moulded in, not plugged in, so there is no joint to work loose.
How the 90W is split

45W on the PD side and 45W on the QC side, running at the same time. The screenshots show both lines under load and the PD 3.0 / QC 3.0 handshake on each.
Two devices in real use

An iPhone and a Samsung side by side, two phones on a dash mount, and a phone charging while the car is moving — the combinations your customers will actually try on day one.
Safety stack and compatibility

The protection diagram shows where the fast-charge controller monitors current and temperature, and the compatibility card lists the PD, QC, SCP, FCP and AFC devices the chip recognises.
Fitted in the vehicle

Installed in a car interior and the blue LED ring lit at night, so drivers can find the socket without fumbling.
Who this model suits
| If your buyer is… | Why the 90W with cable fits |
|---|---|
| A taxi, rental or delivery fleet | The cable cannot go missing because it is moulded in; aluminium survives hard daily use |
| A Huawei or Samsung-heavy market | SCP, FCP and AFC alongside PD and QC means every major brand charges at its own top speed |
| A buyer who wants a laptop-capable charger | 45W PD will run thin-and-light laptops and tablets, not just phones |
| Mid-range retail with a higher ticket price | Aluminium construction justifies a step up from plastic adapters on the same shelf |
OEM and ODM options
Aluminium bodies take laser engraving and anodising well, so this is the model to lead with when a customer wants a metal finish and their own branding. Logo engraving or printing, cable length and plug type, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are all available. Contact SUNDA with artwork and target quantity.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cable replaceable?
No. The 1.5 m lead is moulded into the housing, which is what removes the usual failure point at the plug joint. If you want a detachable arrangement, use the cable-free CC62 90W dual Type-C car charger instead.
Can 45W PD really charge a laptop?
It will run thin-and-light laptops and tablets that accept 45W PD, and it will charge larger laptops slowly if they are asleep. It is not a replacement for a 96W mains adapter.
Is the aluminium body hot to touch?
It warms under sustained 90W load, which is expected — the metal is doing its job moving heat away from the electronics rather than trapping it inside a plastic shell.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same unit works in passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. That is why fleet buyers can standardise on a single SKU.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. This is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing, housing colour matching, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications can you supply?
CE, RoHS and FCC are listed for this model, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports can be provided with bulk orders.
What is the lead time?
Mass production typically takes around 30 working days after deposit, depending on quantity and customisation. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
