The SUNDA HC-6 is a compact GaN wall charger in 20W and 30W versions, with one USB-C port at PD and one USB-A port at QC 18W on the same face. It is the part that sits at the bottom of a wall-charger line: small, light, cheap to ship, and still GaN rather than silicon. UK and EU plug options come off the same tool, so the same housing serves a domestic and an export shelf without a second mould.

What you are buying with the HC-6
20W and 30W from one housing

The same body is built as a 20W part and as a 30W GaN part; only the PD profile on the USB-C port changes. That matters commercially, because a retailer can open a line at the 20W price and step customers up to the 30W version without changing the shelf plan, the packaging artwork or the mould. GaN (gallium nitride) is what makes the body this small for the wattage: the switch runs cooler and more efficiently than silicon, so the heatsink and the air gap can be smaller without the housing getting hot to hold. The practical effect for a buyer is a charger that fits a pocket where a same-wattage silicon brick would not. The face carries the two ports and nothing else, with the USB-A port running QC 18W for the older handsets and the USB-C port carrying the PD profile.

Why buyers add the HC-6 to the range
- Two wattages, one mould. The 20W and the 30W GaN version come off the same tool, so a mixed order keeps one packaging artwork and one carton plan.
- GaN at the entry price point. The smaller, cooler case is normally a premium feature; here it is on the lowest-wattage part in the line.
- A USB-A port as well as USB-C. QC 18W for the older handset and the accessories, so the customer does not have to replace a cable to use it.
- UK and EU from one tool. One housing serves a domestic shelf and an export shelf.
- Sample from 10 pieces. Enough to test both wattages and both plug types before a production run.
OEM and ODM options
The housing is our own tool, so a branding run is the normal order: your logo on the face, a housing colour matched to your line, and your artwork on a window box, blister or poly bag with your manual inside. Because the 20W and the 30W GaN version share the mould, a starter range can be built from one packaging design. Tell us the destination market on the enquiry and we will set out the certification route alongside unit pricing and sample lead time.
Frequently asked questions about the SUNDA HC-6 GaN wall charger
Should I stock the 20W or the 30W version?
The 20W version is the volume part: it charges current phones at full rate and keeps the landed price down. The 30W GaN version is for customers who also top up a tablet or want faster charging. Both come off the same mould, so stocking both does not double the packaging work.
What does the USB-A port run at?
QC 18W. It shares 5V/3A with the USB-C port when both are in use, so the phone on USB-C keeps its PD profile while the USB-A device takes the shared pool.
Which plugs are available?
UK and EU, from the same housing. Both are shown on the catalogue page included above.
Does it work on 110V and on 220V?
Yes. The input accepts 100-240V, so the same unit works on a US or a European mains supply. Only the plug moulding changes.
How does this compare with the other wall chargers?
The HC-6 is the compact two-port part. If the order needs a laptop-class charger, step up to the 30W GaN foldable-plug charger, the 65W GaN dual USB-C charger or the 65W three-port wall charger.
What is the MOQ and how fast can I get samples?
Stock models start at 10 pcs and OEM/ODM branding runs at 500 pcs. Custom logo and packaging take a little longer because the print has to be set up; send your artwork and the sales team will confirm the method, the certification route and the schedule within 24 hours.
Related SUNDA wall chargers. This is the entry part in the range, and the one most often mixed with the higher-wattage models. The rest of the range is the 65W three-port USB-C wall charger, 65W GaN dual USB-C wall charger and 30W GaN foldable-plug wall charger, and the single-port 20W USB-C PD 3.0 wall charger for buyers who want the lowest-cost brick. All of them share the same 100-240V input and the same plug tooling, so a mixed order ships on one carton plan. The full line sits under wall chargers.
