Will the tag fit my cat’s collar?

Yes. The holder clamps onto a normal webbing or leather collar and the tag slots into it, so any collar of ordinary width takes the part. The tag itself is 31.75 mm across, small enough that a cat does not notice it.

Is the tag waterproof?

The housing is a sealed ABS moulding built for outdoor use, and the battery door closes by hand with a gasket. For pets that swim regularly we would still recommend checking the door seal each time the battery is changed.

How does it help if the pet gets out of Bluetooth range?

The tag keeps broadcasting, and any iPhone or Android phone that passes within range reports it into Apple Find My or Find Hub. The owner then sees a position on a map, and can mark the tag as lost so anyone who finds the collar can read the owner’s contact.

Can I track more than one pet?

Yes. Each tag appears as its own item in the app, so a household with a dog and a cat simply adds two tags. We supply two and four packs for exactly that reason.

Does the buzzer work when the pet is in the next room?

The buzzer is audible from a neighbouring room in a quiet house, and the app also shows the last reported position, which together cover most indoor searches.
