Seventy-one watts across three outputs: 33W through the 1.8 m coiled Type-C spring cable, 20W PD on the Type-C port and 18W QC 3.0 on the USB-A port. The coil is the point — it stretches to reach the back seat and snaps back to a tidy stack when released, so there is no loose cord across the centre console and nothing to wind up afterwards. The body is fireproof PC and weighs 120 g. Note that this page covers both versions of the same shell: the black record lists MOQ 10 pieces and the second listing for the identical body lists 500 pieces, so tell us which record you are pricing against. Step back to the CC62 series overview to see it against the other seven models.

Why buyers pick the spring cable version
- Three outputs that genuinely work together. 33W, 20W and 18W are independent paths, not a shared pot, so a third device does not starve the first two.
- Reaches the back row. The 1.8 m coil gets to a rear passenger without an extension lead.
- Tidies itself. Released, the cable springs back into a compact stack instead of pooling on the floor.
- Fireproof PC body. V0-grade material handles sustained load in a hot dashboard.
What each output delivers
| Output | Rated power | Typical device |
|---|---|---|
| Spring Type-C cable | 33W | Front or rear passenger phone |
| Type-C port | 20W max (9V/2.22A, 12V/1.67A) | Driver phone at PD 3.0 speed |
| USB-A port | 18W max (9V/2A, 12V/1.5A) | QC 3.0 Android phone, earphones, dash cam |

Black and silver versions of the same body

Two listings, one mould. The black and silver-top versions carry identical outputs, so you can pick the finish your market prefers without re-engineering anything.
The 1.8 m coiled Type-C cable

Coiled at rest, stretched in use, and reaching across the cabin at the 6FT extension length — the whole reason to choose this model over a plain adapter.
Three outputs running at once

A phone on the Type-C port, a second on the USB-A port and a third on the spring cable, all drawing at the same time, shown both in the studio and fitted in a car centre console.
Colour options and day-to-day fit

Black and white side by side, seated in a centre console socket, and the extended cable in everyday use.
Factory and compliance

SUNDA holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits; the production and quality control line is shown alongside the qualification certificates, and OEM/ODM options are open on this model.
Who this model suits
| If your buyer is… | Why the 71W spring cable fits |

| A family with rear passengers | 1.8 m reach serves the back row without an extension |
| A market that wants feature density at mid price | Three independent outputs at a lower unit cost than the 96W flagship |
| A buyer who dislikes retractable mechanisms | A coil has no mechanism to jam — nothing to wear out |

Frequently asked questions
Why do two listings show different MOQs?
They are the same physical body sold under two records. One lists MOQ 10 pieces, the other 500. Tell us which record you are pricing against and we will quote accordingly.
Is the spring cable Type-C or Lightning?
Type-C as standard. One of the source images shows a Lightning-terminated variant in use, which is available on request — confirm the plug type you need at quotation.
Do the three outputs share 71W?
The three paths are rated independently at 33W, 20W and 18W. Combined draw stays within the charger’s budget, so all three can run together.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same unit works in passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. That is why fleet buyers can standardise on a single SKU.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. This is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing, housing colour matching, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications can you supply?
CE, RoHS and FCC are listed for this model, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports can be provided with bulk orders.
What is the lead time?
Mass production typically takes around 30 working days after deposit, depending on quantity and customisation. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
