How a private-label run works

Apple Find My accessories are covered by the MFi licensing programme and Google Find My Device has its own partner path. Which certification applies depends on the model you are quoting; ask for the certificate reference with your quotation rather than assuming it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the 5-piece MOQ and the 500-piece one?
The low figure is for catalogue models in existing packaging — it is there so you can sample before committing. Custom logo, custom colour and printed retail packaging start at 500 pieces because those steps need their own setup.
Can we use our own brand name on the box?
Yes. Private label is the standard way this range is sold: your brand and artwork on the box, the manual and the pairing card, and your logo on the housing.
Do we have to choose the network up front?
Yes. The network is set in the firmware and cannot be changed after production, so it is the first question on the enquiry. If you cannot predict the buyer’s phone, quote the dual-system model.
Can you bundle accessories into the same carton?
Yes. Magnetic cases, key rings, lanyards and collar holders can be packed with the tag so the shipment arrives as one retail-ready unit instead of two purchase orders.
How long does a first order take?
Existing-tooling samples go out first; custom tooling and printed packaging follow artwork approval. Give us the quantity and the destination and we will put dates on it at quotation.
