OEM / ODM Product Design
Send us your idea, target specs or a reference sample. Our in-house R&D team covers hardware, firmware and industrial design, then delivers 2D/3D drawings, a 3D rendering and a full proposal — usually within 24 hours. We can build a product from scratch or optimise an existing model for cost and reliability.

Deposit & Engineering Design
After confirming the deposit, the engineering department begins structure design, circuit layout, tooling planning and 3D rendering. We keep you updated at each design milestone.

Material & Sample Confirm
Procurement sources certified components and materials, then builds pre-production samples. We ship the samples to you for testing and confirmation before mass production begins.

Production, Testing & Packaging
Approved samples move to mass production on automated SMT and assembly lines. Every batch runs ICT, aging and safety tests, then is packed in your custom blister box or retail packaging.

Final QC & Delivery by Mail
A final QC check verifies appearance, function and labeling. We prepare shipping documents and send the goods by express, air or sea freight to your door, warehouse or FBA.

What OEM/ODM services does SUNDA provide?
SUNDA provides full OEM/ODM manufacturing for car chargers, wall chargers, charging cables and phone holders: product design, tooling, molding, PCBA, printing, assembly, custom packaging and global shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 500 units per SKU for in-stock ODM models. New-tooling OEM projects typically start at 3,000+ units. Small trial orders are also accepted, as we can shift the production line flexibly.
How long do sampling and mass production take?
Pre-production samples are ready in 3-7 days. Mass production takes 7-15 days for stock ODM models, and 45-60 days including tooling for new ODM development. Rush orders can be arranged.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples in 3-7 days. Sample cost is refundable against your bulk order, and a golden sample is confirmed before mass production.
What certifications do your chargers have?
Our products are certified with CE, CCC, RoHS and E-Mark, and we support UL, FCC, PSE, KC and BIS for specific markets. Certification costs and timelines are included in the quotation.
Do you support custom branding (logo, packaging, color)?
Yes. We offer full custom branding: logo printing, custom color and finish, private-label packaging, user manuals and blister/box design tailored to your brand and retail channel.
Which plug types and fast-charge protocols are supported?
We support US, EU, UK, AU, JP and universal plug types, and protocols including PD 3.0, QC 4.0+, PPS, SCP, AFC and GaN solutions, auto-matching voltage for phones, tablets and laptops.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
All products carry a 1-year standard warranty with free replacement of the same specification. We provide a satisfactory solution within 2 days after receiving any complaint, with 8D reports for batch issues.
How do you protect my IP and designs?
We sign an NDA before project start. All ODM designs are exclusive to the client, and we can assist with patent filing in China and internationally. Your drawings and logos are never reused.
