What products does SUNDA manufacture?
SUNDA is a Shenzhen-based OEM/ODM factory making mobile charging accessories — car chargers (40W–230W), wall chargers, USB-C and standard USB cables, and phone holders. All are built in-house at our 2,000 m² Bao’an facility.
What certifications do your chargers carry?
Every product line is certified to the standards your market enforces: CE, CCC, RoHS, E-Mark (ECE R10), FCC, ETL and UL for products, plus ISO 9001, BSCI and SMETA system audits. Tell us your destination market and we’ll confirm the exact marks your shipment needs.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label?
Yes. We support both OEM (your design, our build) and ODM (our design, your brand), including private-label packaging, custom logos, firmware tuning and accessory kits. PD 3.0, QC 3.0 and PPS up to 230W are configured to your spec.
What is your typical production lead time?
Sampling and mass production both run on a written schedule so you can plan inventory. Lead time varies with order size and customization — we confirm a firm date in the quotation, before you commit.
Can you build chargers to a specific wattage or fast-charge protocol?
Yes. Our car and wall chargers span 40W to 230W and support PD 3.0, QC 3.0 and PPS. If you have a target output, port count or protocol mix, we’ll match it or propose the closest certified option.
What is SUNDA's minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 500 units per SKU for in-stock ODM models. Because our lines can be shifted flexibly, trial and small-quantity orders are accepted — helpful when you are testing a new market or a new listing. New private-tooling OEM projects typically start at around 3,000 units.
Does SUNDA offer both OEM and ODM services?
Yes. ODM means taking one of our existing models and applying your logo, color and retail packaging. OEM means full custom development: concept and draft, 3D modeling, PCB design, prototype, private mold, golden sample and then mass production. Samples are ready in 3–7 days.
How does SUNDA protect customer designs and intellectual property?
We sign an NDA before any project begins. Designs and private molds built for a client remain exclusive to that client, mold ownership can be transferred, and your drawings, packaging artwork and logos are never reused, resold or shown to other buyers.
