CC-97 at a glance
The CC-97 is a 51 W aluminum alloy car charger with a built-in digital voltmeter display and a push-button power switch. The display shows real-time battery voltage (e.g. 12.8 V at idle, 14.4 V when the alternator is charging), turning the charger into a 2-in-1 device: a power outlet and a battery-health monitor. The push-button cuts power completely when you’re parked, so the charger doesn’t drain your battery while the car sits. Two USB-C ports deliver 30 W PD / 33 W PPS independently and the USB-A port provides 18 W Quick Charge 3.0 — all three running simultaneously for 51 W total output.
What you are buying
A voltmeter, not just a charger
The front-facing digital display reads vehicle battery voltage in real time. Healthy alternators hold 13.8-14.4 V when running; healthy batteries sit at 12.4-12.8 V at rest. If you see numbers dropping below 12.0 V at rest, your battery is aging and you’ll know before you get stranded. The same LED also confirms the switch status at a glance.
Push-button power switch for battery safety
The flip-cover switch cuts the charger’s draw to zero when you’re parked. Most lighter sockets stay live after the ignition is off, and any charger left plugged in will slowly drain a battery over days or weeks. The CC-97 lets you fully disconnect the load with one press, so the charger doesn’t become a parasitic drain.
Two USB-C PD 30 W + PPS 33 W + one QC 18 W USB-A
Each USB-C port runs an independent PD 3.0 / PPS 33 W channel, so an iPhone 15/16 and a Samsung Galaxy S24 both fast-charge at full speed at the same time. The USB-A port delivers QC 18 W for older phones, earphones, or a dashcam. All three outputs run simultaneously for 51 W combined.
Aluminum alloy unibody, motorcycle-rated
The housing is CNC aluminum alloy with a PC fireproof top — the same build you’d expect on a motorcycle or marine-grade accessory. The integrated flip cover keeps dust and water out of the ports when not in use, and the threaded collar locks it solidly into a 12 V or 24 V socket. Vibration-resistant for motorcycle handlebar-mount use.

CC-97 power versions compared
One mold, three power tiers. The 51 W, 66 W, and 48 W variants share the aluminum housing, the digital voltmeter, the push-button switch, and the flip cover. Only the per-port output ratings differ. Use this table to pick the right variant for your channel.
| Variant | 51 W | 66 W | 48 W |

Why buyers add it to the range
For distributors and Amazon sellers, the CC-97 fills a slot that basic chargers can’t: the voltmeter + push-button combination is a meaningful upgrade for users who care about battery health, and the aluminum alloy housing sets it apart from generic plastic chargers. The install kit (fused harness with 10 A fuses and butt connectors) is included, so buyers don’t need to source their own wiring for permanent installations — important for RV, marine, and golf-cart channels where the lighter socket is being added as a retrofit. The push-button switch is the talking point for high-end automotive buyers and is also a feature trucking fleets value (drivers can hard-cut power during long idle periods without unplugging the device). CE / ROHS / FCC certification and 12-month warranty make customs paperwork straightforward.
OEM and ODM options
SUNDA runs the CC-97 on a private mold with three customization tracks:
Light customization (500 pcs MOQ): custom logo on the housing, custom retail box artwork, custom instruction card, custom SKU label. The standard black aluminum top is the stock color; the orange / red accents on the display and switch indicator stay standard. Most buyers who brand the product for Amazon FBA or Shopify start here.
Deep customization (1,000 pcs MOQ): in addition to the above, you can specify a custom port configuration (2C1A, 2A1C, 1A1C, 2A, 2A2C). Each configuration is a separate SKU with its own certification paperwork. This is the path for private-label brands that want their own product line variants.
Hardware customization (2,000 pcs MOQ): in addition to all of the above, you can specify custom per-port output ratings (e.g. 30 W + 18 W, 45 W + 18 W, 60 W + 18 W), custom cable lengths on the install harness, and custom display color (default cyan LED). This is the path for buyers building a full product family around the CC-97 platform.
Standard lead time is 35-40 working days after deposit. Packaging is included and customizable — you supply the artwork, we print and assemble.
FAQ
Does the digital display drain the battery when the car is off?
No — that’s what the push-button switch is for. Press the button to disconnect the charger completely from the lighter socket. The display goes dark and the charger draws zero current. Press again to reconnect.
What does the voltmeter reading actually tell me?
Three states: 12.4-12.8 V at rest means a healthy battery. 13.8-14.4 V when the engine is running means the alternator is charging properly. Below 12.0 V at rest means the battery is aging and likely needs replacement. Numbers in between are normal during engine cranking or after accessory use.
Is the CC-97 compatible with 24 V trucks and RVs?
Yes. The CC-97 accepts DC 12-24 V input and runs on cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles, and golf carts. The internal buck-boost converter provides stable output regardless of input voltage within that range.
Can I install it permanently in a vehicle without a lighter socket?
Yes. The included install kit has a fused harness (10 A fuses), butt connectors, and ring terminals — you can wire the CC-97 directly to a 12 V / 24 V circuit. Many RV and marine customers do this to add a clean charging outlet in a custom location.
What is PPS and which phones use it?
PPS (Programmable Power Supply) is a USB-PD optional mode that adjusts voltage and current in fine increments — important for Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0. Galaxy S23 / S24 / S25 series, Z Fold / Z Flip, and many Xiaomi / OPPO flagship phones rely on PPS for top charging speeds. The CC-97’s USB-C channels both support PPS 33 W.
How does the flip cover help?
The integrated flip cover seals the ports when not in use, keeping dust, lint, and water out. On a motorcycle or marine install, where the charger is exposed to spray, the cover is essential to prevent corrosion of the contacts.
