The CC77 is a 51W dual-port car charger with a live voltage display. Plug it into the cigarette lighter and the LED face reads the vehicle’s battery voltage in real time — 12.8V on a healthy 12V system with the engine off — so a driver can spot a tired battery or an over-charging alternator before it becomes a breakdown. Under the display it is a conventional 12-24V adapter: one USB-A port rated QC 3.0 up to 18W and one Type-C port rated PD 30W that also negotiates PPS up to 33W, for a 51W total.
The housing is a SUNDA private mould with a diamond-knurled metal ring around the face, a side earth clip and a PC fireproof barrel that ships in black or white from the same tooling. It weighs 26 g, so it sits deep in the socket rather than standing proud of the console. Input is DC 12-24V, which is what lets one part number cover a sedan and a 24V truck, and the same board carries over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit protection.

Why buyers pick the CC77
- The voltage display is the sell. A plain 51W adapter cannot show a number. This one reads the car’s supply voltage live, which is easy to demonstrate at a counter and easy to photograph for a listing.
- PPS 33W on the Type-C path. That is the profile Samsung Super Fast Charging negotiates, and a QC-only or PD-only adapter will not trigger it.
- A 51W split that covers both device generations. USB-A QC 3.0 up to 18W handles the older Android phones and dash cams; Type-C PD 30W handles current handsets and tablets.
- 26 g and low profile. Small enough to sit almost flush in a modern console instead of standing up out of the socket.
- Two stock colourways from one mould. Black and white are a masterbatch change, not a new tool, so a mixed order does not carry a second tooling cost.
- 12-24V input. One SKU covers cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks, which is usually the single biggest reason a fleet standardises.
What each output delivers
| Output | Rated power | Typical device |
|---|---|---|
| Type-C port | PD 30W, PPS up to 33W | Samsung Galaxy at Super Fast Charging, current iPhone and iPad via PD, Android flagships |
| USB-A port | QC 3.0 up to 18W | Older Android handsets, dash cams, earphones, power banks |
| Both loaded | Shares the 51W budget | Two devices charging at the same time |
| Display | Reads supply voltage | Battery and alternator check — it is a voltmeter, not a watt meter |
Product gallery
The CC77 body, both faces

A diamond-knurled metal ring around the face, a side earth clip and a 26 g barrel. The first image shows the two faces of the same unit: the LED window reading 12.8V on one side and the plain barrel on the other. The white version is the same mould with a different masterbatch, so a mixed order needs no new tooling.
Ports, and how the 51W is split

One USB-A port and one Type-C port. The artwork prints the split as QC 18W on the USB-A path and PD 30W on the Type-C path against a 51W total; the Type-C path also negotiates PPS to 33W. A DC 12-24V input rating is what lets the same part number cover a car and a 24V truck.
The real-time voltage display

The LED window reads the vehicle’s supply voltage live. 12.8V is what a healthy 12V system shows with the engine off; a reading that sags under load points at a tired battery, and one that runs high points at the alternator. It is a voltmeter rather than a watt meter, and the same window carries the 51W marking so the headline spec is visible on the shelf.
Multi-layer protection

The artwork lists over-charging, over-voltage, over-current, high-temperature, short-circuit and electric-leakage protection, handled by an identification chip on the board. Charging is cut once the battery is full, so the unit can be left plugged into the socket.
12V and 24V vehicles

Supports 12V-24V input, so one unit covers a car, an SUV, a van or a 24V truck. The artwork names PD 30W fast charging for the iPhone 8-14 series, Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei — the compatibility list most resellers have to put in their listing copy.
In the car

Seated in a cigarette lighter socket with both ports within reach, holding contact at night with the phone charging, and sat flush in a leather-trimmed centre console. The barrel is 26 g, which is what keeps it low in the socket.
Who this model suits
| If your buyer is… | Why the CC77 fits |
|---|---|
| A market that buys on visible tech | The live voltage readout is something a plain 51W adapter cannot show, and it demonstrates well in a photo or at a counter |
| A Samsung-heavy market | The Type-C path negotiates PPS to 33W, which is what Super Fast Charging requires |
| A fleet, taxi or van operator | DC 12-24V covers cars and 24V trucks, and the display doubles as a driver-facing battery check |
| A promotional or gift-with-purchase programme | US$1.54-2.14 on a 26 g body with a 10-piece stock minimum |
| A retailer who wants two shelf SKUs | Black and white come out of the same mould, so a mixed order needs no second tooling |

OEM and ODM options
This is a SUNDA private mould, so logo printing or laser engraving, housing colour matched to a Pantone reference, retail box, blister pack, printed manual and barcode labelling are all available. Stock runs start at 10 pieces and a custom branding run is quoted against your artwork. Contact SUNDA with the target quantity and the market you are selling into.
A note on the source record
The CC77 is sold from several marketplace records and they do not all describe the same thing. Two of them list 360 degree rotation and a retractable cable as features and carry the sentence “Unique transparent shell with ultra-compact mini size”; every photograph in the record set, including the catalogue shot, shows an opaque black or white body with no cable and no rotating joint. Wattage is quoted as 51W almost everywhere, but one line reads “PD36W”, and the input is listed once as 12-24V/5A and once as 12-24V/9A. This page describes what the photographs actually show — an opaque 51W dual-port body with a voltage display. If your packaging or marketplace copy has to carry a different figure, tell us which one and we will confirm the board that will be fitted before you go to print.
Frequently asked questions
Is the display a power meter or a voltmeter?
It is a voltmeter. It shows the vehicle’s supply voltage — 12.8V on a healthy 12V system — not the wattage being delivered. That is what makes it useful as a battery and alternator check rather than a charging-power readout.
Does it support Samsung Super Fast Charging?
Yes. The Type-C path negotiates PPS up to 33W, which is the profile Super Fast Charging requires. QC-only adapters do not trigger it.
Is 51W available from a single port?
No. 51W is the maximum for the body: Type-C is rated PD 30W, or 33W under PPS, and USB-A up to QC 18W, so quote the per-port figure whenever two devices will be charging together.
Will this charger work in a 24V truck?
Yes. Input is DC 12-24V, so the same part number covers passenger cars, SUVs, vans and 24V trucks. Fleet buyers can standardise on one SKU across the whole vehicle list.
Can we print our own logo and ship it in our own retail box?
Yes. The CC77 housing is a SUNDA private mould. Logo printing or laser engraving, housing colour matched to a Pantone reference, retail box, blister pack and manual printing are all available as OEM/ODM services.
What certifications come with it?
CE, FCC and RoHS are listed for the CC77, and the factory holds ISO 9001, amfori BSCI and SMETA audits. Test reports are supplied with bulk orders.
What is the lead time and MOQ?
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock configuration. Mass production runs around 30 working days after deposit once artwork is approved. Send your target quantity for a firm quotation.
Where the CC77 sits in the SUNDA range
The CC77 is the display model. If you want a see-through body with no readout, the CC70 series runs a transparent PC housing in 51W and 90W tiers. If you need a lead that stores inside the charger, the CC62 series covers 30W to 96W with spring and retractable cables. For laptop-class output the CC53 series reaches 140W. All of them share the same DC 12-24V input and the same private-mould OEM terms, so one catalogue can carry the whole set against a single artwork and certification pack.
